colleagues giving each other a high five

About Us

Three years ago, I was sitting in another boring corporate meeting watching new employees get handed a cheap pen and a wrinkled t-shirt as their "welcome package." That's when it hit me... if this is someone's first impression of our company, what message are we really sending?

That moment sparked the idea for Intent Promotional Products. I realized there had to be a better way to help South Jersey businesses make meaningful first impressions and build genuine connections with their teams.

Why I Started Intent

I knew I wanted to do something different. Too many companies were treating promotional products like an afterthought: grabbing whatever was cheapest or fastest instead of thinking about what would actually resonate with their people.

I started Intent because I believe the right promotional products can:

  • Make new employees feel genuinely welcomed and valued
  • Help teams feel proud to represent their company
  • Create lasting memories instead of desk drawer clutter
  • Build real connections between people and brands

What Makes Intent Different

We Actually Listen: Before I recommend anything, I want to understand your company culture, your budget, and what you're really trying to accomplish. Cookie-cutter solutions don't work.

Quality Matters: I've seen too many cheap promotional products that fall apart, fade, or just look unprofessional. We focus on items people will actually use and be proud to have.

Fast Response: When you need a quote, samples, or just have a question, I get back to you quickly. Usually within a few hours, often much sooner.

Local Focus: I live and work in this community. Your success matters to me because we're neighbors, not just client and vendor.

Our Specialty: Onboarding That Works

Over the years, I've become somewhat obsessed with getting employee onboarding right. There's something powerful about that first day when someone joins a new team, and the right welcome package can set the tone for their entire experience with the company.

We've helped dozens of South Jersey businesses create onboarding experiences that new hires actually talk about with their friends. Not because the swag was expensive, but because it was thoughtful.

Beyond the Products

Sure, we can get you polo shirts, water bottles, and awards. But what we're really about is helping you connect with people in ways that matter. Whether that's:

  • Making a new employee's first day memorable
  • Giving your sales team something they're genuinely excited to hand out
  • Creating awards that people display with pride (instead of hiding in a closet)
  • Building company culture through products people actually want to use
